2019 the management styles have completely changed. The staff is assigning shop to shopper 35 to 40 before the project scheduled when requested it three weeks prior by the shopper. They place negative marks on you if you could not make it to the shop. This results in not being assigned to future shops. They look for unreasonable minor corrective opportunities in your report to discount you the full payment. I have been with them since 2014. I am done with them. Sad so sad.

Really? I haven't seen any difference in their management style. Their guidelines are straightforward, and their editing / review process doesn't seem to be unnaturally picky. I just did one for them last week - submitted it 10/29, it was approved the same day, and payment was deposited into my account today (11/06). I find this to be an easy company to work for.
The Eve, Me too. I had been working for them for years, in fact, the grocery shops had kept us fed in some very lean times. I had some incredible schedulers too, some that became friends. Something changed this year, after having some health issues and having to reschedule a couple times, then arguing with a timing issue with one of the editors, and having a scheduler call me in the middle of a shop, RUINING my shop, they stopped letting me self-assign my shops. And when I questioned why I was only getting other folks sloppy seconds they said that I was unreliable and if I wanted to get back into their good graces again I had to keep accepting the sloppy seconds and last minute shops. I told them to take their stuff and walk off a short pier.. only not in those words.. lol

The last 4-5 times I've tried to take an assignment with them, the request sat unprocessed for 3-4 days. I've had to remove the requests because other opportunities came along. Sorry, but I can't wait until the last minute to hear from you.

Give them a phone call, they are very responsive. Just remember they are on the West Coast, so keep that in mind for their hours. I have done many, many shops for them, some self assign, some request. Never any problems. Their pay could be higher, but I get enough PAD with them to keep me satisfied. I've been shopping with them for 14 years now.
