B Business Solutions hotel shops

I normally only take local hotel shops that are fairly simple. The coyle shops scare me to death. Has anyone ever completed a hotel shop for b usiness solutions and if so, how difficult is the report?

I'm not going to qualify them as simple. Easier than Coyle, but the editors can be tough and require you to address each question in the narrative. It varies a bit by hotel, though....
They keep me busy throughout my stay. Lots of interactions at the higher end properties - Valet, Reception, Bell, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Spa, Pool, Bell, Departure, Valet.

Definitely not easy, however you don't have to adhere to a strict writing style. Again, not easy.

Also, usually one night stays, as opposed to Coyle, where many stays are two days to ensure that you have enough time to complete all of the necessary interactions.
Thank yoi for the responses. I may try one amd prepare myself for a detailed report. If I dont care for it, I wont do another one.
Most do not have a spa and some have even fewer interactions. But, yes, you will be busy but also will enjoy the properties and amenities. I can dawdle over dinner and in the bar and still easily depart with everything except the departure interactions written up. And, I am not a touch-typist, lol.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Update-I completed my first hotel shop with this company. The scheduler and editor were great. The shop itself is not easy but it is also not complicated. The most difficult part is getting each employee's name even when it is a short interaction. Now that I have done one and know what to expect, I will definitely being doing more.
I honestly thought the one hotel shop I did for them was easy enough. It was a nice hotel in downtown Pittsburgh many details but still allowed me time to enjoy stay and do other shops in area.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I totally agree. The service that had to be shopped, were things that I would want to do to enjoy a night out and about like eating at a fine restaurant, drinks and an appetizer at the lounge, valet parking (especially because there is no other parking option), breakfast for room service, etc.
