Anyone shop Customer Impact?

Haven't seen a review of this company before. Wondering if it is a good company to shop for?

Thanks

I shop them, they have a retail in my area. I also do a restaurant when it comes up. Excellent MSC, go for it.

I've shopped for them as well. Only once, but it was a positive experience. They don't have much in my area.
On the other hand I am not fond of them. I am really annoyed by their editing staff. The report for them I decided would be my last, they decided that the answer to a particular question should be "No" while I had it marked as "Yes". They weren't with me on the shop. The answer was "Yes". They had the grace to notify me, but because that question was now "No", the subsequent 6 questions were also "No" and they took off a slug of points because they had to contact me because those 7 "No" answers were not addressed in my narrative.

Duh, when I wrote my narrative they were not "No" answers. They all hinged on a question THEY decided in their infinite wisdom should be a "No" rather than a "Yes". It is difficult to write a narrative responding to "No"s that you feel should be "Yes"es. I figured that in the future perhaps THEIR editor should do the jobs, not me, since in absentia they know so much more about what happened.
Oh, interesting. Again, I've only shopped for them once, but they were actually really nice. I received an email pointing out that while I had entered the location during the specified time, I did not LEAVE within the correct time frame. They deducted a point (I'm assuming for that reason), and told me that they would submit the shop, but there was a possibility that the client wouldn't accept it. I don't think every company would have done that.

The client DID accept the shop, but from that experience, I learned that when some companies specify a time frame, to "get out of Dodge" before the witching hour! (The shop was completed during the time frame, but I had some time to kill before an appointment, so I hung out -- never again!)
They're OK. But they pay slow for cheap shops. I bounced on mattresses for them for $10 a shot when I could fit it into a route.

I quit responding to their shops when I was turned down about 6x in a row for fine dining in my area. We clearly meet the requirements (salary by double and education far beyond) but keep getting the rejection notices.

I'm not going to bust my butt to do little shops for an MSC over and over when they can't throw me a bone occasionally with a DECENT assignment.
They have two very nice restaurants and they go quickly (in their defense).
I had a discussion with them over a retail report, when asked if I would return, I said No, due to the shop having nothing to offer due tovery low inventory, but I would return due to customer sercice. I was grilled, they didn't care if the shop had no inventory, they really made me change my answer to I would definitely return and they didn't want to hear the rest, I accomadated them, but (really) wouldn't return to purchase and certainly not because the lady in the cowboy hat smiled and was helpful. I still like them, and got a 10. Sometimes you gotta go with the flow or play the game!!

Certainly if any MSP would change my Yes to a No, the result would be adios.

A cheapo mattress shop, I took and eloquently introduced myself, to land their restaurants. I proved myself with that shop and subsequently, I have been assigned and completed numerous of their fine dining assignments. There's never been a problem with payment from this MSP. Their lesser paying shops have been unremarkable. Their FD shops, well ~ more is expected. Nice, that the dining shops I have taken include fee with reimbursement. Once, my fee was reduced by 50%, for which I took 50% responsibility. However, they have also gone to bat with the client for one of my reports, resulting in full payment to me.
