360 Intel - Fine Dining

A quick question....
I just picked up a fine dining shop for this evening from 360 Intel. (I know, out-of-character for me.) The guidelines clearly state that I need to make a "reservation between 5 - 8 pm." There were no open reservations before 8:00 PM, so I have an 8:00 PM reservation. My reading of the guidelines is that this will work. However, I am not 100% convinced. I've emailed the scheduler, but recognize that getting a response in the next four hours is not guaranteed.

Anybody know if I am correct in my interpretation of this guideline?

Thanks...

That happened to me once. The scheduler did get back to me and state as long as I arrived by the latest time then that was fine.
MfJ, how did you make out? The way it was worded seemed OK to me. However, I remember doing a job that just stated the allowable hours. No specifics. So we go 30 minutes before the cutoff. Was chastised by the MSC but did get paid. I would say all of the fine dining I do has to occur during the stated job hours. If not, there is wording such as 'arrive between xx and xx times."
I did not get a response from the MSC before my scheduled visit. (Not surprising: I self-assigned the shop at about 2:30 PM PST Saturday and the MSC is located on the East Coast. What are the odds of getting a smaller MSC to respond on a Saturday evening?) So, I went with my best guess: I made sure I arrived early and tried to get a table before 8:00. I arrived at 7:30ish and was seated at 7:45.

Sunday morning, I got an email from the scheduler saying that I should go ahead and conduct the visit, but to make a note on the survey about the issue with making the reservation during the stated time frame. Of course, by that point, I had already submitted the report - and there wasn't really an appropriate spot on the report to mention reservation issue.

I anticipate that it will be just fine.

Happy to hear. The next time I had this dilemma, I had time to contact the MSC. Again, no wording, just a time frame. I couldn't get a reservation that would allow us to perform the shop between the hours but decided to check. She said NO but let me reschedule. I wish they were more specific. Most of my FD shops state the requirements clearly.
