How to sign up for Direct Deposit on the Maritz CX site?

I never received or ever receive an e-mail to sign up for DD for shops completed on the former MaritzCX. Any ideas on how to sign up if they are never sending me anything? Thanks.

I haven't received anything on the new DD but haven't done shops for them in a few months till this week. I'm hoping they will send me info but am curious what others on here say. If all else fails I'll give them a call and ask. That's one of the great things about MaritzCX that IPSOS kept so far.

If you've done shops, you'll eventually get an e-mail from Chase.

But you may be right, you may need to sign up for DD on Maritz' site first.

Just click on "My Account" on Martiz' site, then click on Direct Deposit.

And Admin is still Team 9.

Chase Payments this is where you put your deposit information. You have to do what the Email say todo and get your Chase Payment account

Around how long out are they usually paying? Looking at my database it seems like checks usually take about a month from job to me entering in the check payment data. Does that sound about right? I get lazy entering in and depositing checks so they might have sat around the house a while.

I'm an OG & a lackadaisical type lurker. Coming out of hiding to ask about Maritz/Ipsos's upcoming payment. When is it happening since Maritz is transferring to their new website tonight? I feel like my money is being messed with...want to make sure I haven't missed any extra mass mailings. (I did not get the mass emailing giving you time that day to do some gas station shops before they removed them that same day. I got the email they were cancelle, logged in and my page was dry.) I pray everyone is healthy and are able to make some kind of money.

They normally pay by today, the last day of the month, for shops completed from the 1st through the 15th of the same month. SInce the changeover, they began sending "IPSOS has sent you a payment" emails, which require you to click a link and request the payment be sent from Chase to your bank account, which typically takes another day. Many people reported getting the email yesterday. I am still waiting. Sorry you missed the email. It was only for one particular client. Another client which also has blue in the logo did not send this type of email, but simply cancelled the shops and sent cancellation notices. Maybe that is the reason?

First go to the new website, us-v2.ipsosmysteryshopping.com on the left side under my account, click on direct deposit and fill out the information. Then you will receive an email when the payment goes out that you should sign up for a chase payment account. Then each time a payment email is sent, you will need to log inot chase and accept the payment.

I never received an email from Chase, and I can't get into the new website using my Maritz ID and password. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
