I haven't done an assignment for them in several months, and just signed up for one because it is near my other two shops on Monday. After reading the instructions, a mild panic has arisen because I remember how picky they were and called and questioned me and e-mailed me repeatedly for details. Now I am kind of wishing I didn't take this one on. Of course it could be different this time. What are others' experiences with this MSP? thanks!

I like them and didn't find them picky at all. I have done about four shops for them, they only had one type around me (lumber). I haven't seen anything this year, but again, I would work for them.

I've done 10 or 12 cell phone shops for them over a two or three year period. Their forms require 4-5 sentences for each section, and sometimes it gets redundant. However, I've never had an issue with them, they always pay on time, and seem to be a first class company.

I find that when I am writing up the report the narrative for the first block is way more than they are looking for and this is what leads to the redundancy. So I am likely to tell the story in the first narrative and then cut and paste from there into other narrative blocks, reducing the length of the first narrative and providing the information they want where they want it. A quick proof read to make sure everything is in order and the report is away. Certainly not a difficult shop.
I have done 6 cell phone shops for them. I have never had them pester me for more detail. I just make sure the narratives has the level of detail that they are looking for.
I just checked and they have some different shops this month, but they were all taken, I do remember they pay quickly with no problems.

Live consciously....
After being signed with them for quite some time, I just did my first shop for them on Tuesday. I haven't heard anything so I hoping all is well.
I don't know that I have ever heard back anything from them. I always figure no news is good news.
Sometimes I get an e-mail back after they have reviewed telling me I scored 7 out of 7 and thanking me, but not always. I have never had any of the editors come back with questions. I get paid right when they say they pay. They work nicely through e-mail (my favorite, I prefer e-mail to telephone), and if you need them, they answer back very quickly, even on weekends. I like them.
