ACE Mystery Shopping

I have been getting emails from this company that seem odd. The email was unsolicited and I have not registered with them. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Thanks!

Good company....
Yes..good company....**IF** the emails are from the LEGIT ACE MSC. There are SO MANY SPAMMERS AND PHISHERS out there now, that you have to be extremely careful...especially since you said the emails are unsolicited. Are you being asked to do something ususual for them??? As in cashing a check sent to you and wiring them money??? Or buying gift cards and emailing them the numbers after you scratch off the back of the cards??? These are typical spam lures. Anything odd should raise a red flag.

Have you held your cursor over the email "From" line to see just exactly WHERE the email came from?? Does it end with ....@acemysteryshopping.com???? If not, DON'T RESPOND!! Here is the official "login" page for them where you can create an account to be an official and legit mystery shopper with ACE if you would like to see what they have to offer: [ace.shopmetrics.com]
Scammers use the names of good companies all the time. MFJ is correct that ACE is a good company, but if the email you received is from someone pretending to be ACE, then you are not dealing with a good company. Any unsolicited email from a company you have not signed up with is something to stay far, far away from. guysmom offers great advice.
I concur with the above.... Verify that the emails are legitimately from ACE. It is very possible that the scheduler got your name legitimately - through a different company, MSPA, etc. However, without knowing more, it is not possible (from our perspective) to eliminate the possibility that it's a scammer...... If they are asking that you send money or gift cards to them, it's a scammer.
