I have done a few of their gas station audits with no problem. I had one 2 days ago and the manager would not let me do it. I put it as closed, other and explained. I can't submit it as it is requiring me to finish it including pictures that I could not get. I have emailed the scheduler, who has not replied to either email. Has anyone ever had a problem with them and is ther another person I can email?

Non-responsive scheduler is a non-existent entity here, but I would try uploading a "closed location" photo. Either write the sign on paper and photograph it, or make it in a graphics editor and upload it so the report will submit.
I suggest writing a statement on a PowerPoint slide or using Word and then doing a partial screenshot to get a JPG file to upload.

Sometimes saving the report and then re-opening it helps. But other times I just do like the others said.
I input the shop with a note for all pictures. Submitted it and I got an qutomatic email from the same person I've been trying to reach, stating that it has been submitted. This morning I used the email us button on their website and it goes to Robert J. I emailed him and attached all email correspondence. Hopefully he xan help me.

I've never worked with anyone named Robert there...

I do two different brands of gas stations for them. Try calling and ask for Stephanie Light.... she is WONDERFUL and can help get you to the right person if she can't take care of it.

It is in editing. Elliot was able to help me. Between sickness and family emergencies they have a few people out.
I have done hundreds of the gas station shops for them and never had someone refuse. I did do two that were actually closed a few months ago and it wouldn't let me submit the report without some (not required) photos. I emailed the scheduler and it took a few days but it was taken care of.
