Could you elaborate, even a little?
You do sound angry but we can't learn from hit 'n runs.
.......after you catch your breath, of course.
I went to the website it looks that they do alot in Canada and Europe not to much in the USA. Hope this helps.
Hmmm Decided to post it to this older initial thread. It all sounds great except for that $300. Anybody have more info?

I find this in my email today.

Let me see. First red flag they claim to offer $300 for the types of jobs which normally are reimbursement only or a small fee of $5 to $25. Second flag, simply going to the Frontline's website shows the corporate office is in Ontario and they don't appear to have an office anywhere in the U.S. Just another case of a scammer using the name of a real company.

Although I've considered it, I've never done mystery shopping, but this company looks kind of fishy to me because of this:

First, the corporate headquarters for this company is listed as Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on their website but they want you to send your resume to some guy in Louisville, KY (whose name they can't properly capitalize)?

Second, the phone number listed is for a currently disconnected landline in Grand Island, NY. (The area code jumped right out at me because I live in the Buffalo/Western New York area and 716 is our area code, and when I called the number, it came up as out of service/disconnected.)

So where do these points fit in when there aren't any US offices listed on their website? Too many things don't look right to me.

(By the way, I'd like to try mystery shopping but am very hesitant to sign up with any of these companies because I don't know which ones are good, legitimate companies.)
If you want to report this as a scam here is the way to do it. FTC 877-382-4357 or https:filecomplaintassistant.gov. Either of these are FTC address abd phione numbers. Hope this helps.
I received the same letter as Sylvo and started to check the company out. I found and read the comments here, then looked more carefully at my letter.

I found inappropriate use of capital letters in the text, symbolic of scammers. I am definitely convinced this is a scam and phishing attempt if you download and complete the application form.
I work for them for more than 12 months now; no problems with payments only that it takes about 10-12 weeks before they pay.

Frontline Focus in Belgium/The Netherlands is responsible for mystery shopping at KFC and Pizza Hut.
gertdejong, please edit your previous post to delete the names of the restaurants that this company supposedly shops. It is against the independent contractors' agreement (ICA) to disclose the client and mystery shopping company together.
Interesting that the addy is Louisville (my home). The area code for Louisville is 502, not 716.

Andie,

Fear not! There are lots of great MSC's (Mystery Shopping Companies) out there.

At the bottom of each page there is a link to the list of legitimate MSC's. Search for discussions of the ones that look interesting to you to see other people's experience with them.

Also, take some time and wander around the "New Mystery Shopper" forum. There's a ton of great information there.

Can you tell us where you're from? Perhaps we could recommend a good MSC that has shops in your area.
