Successfully Completed Shop Missing from A Closer Look's Completed Events History

I did a shop earlier this month and got an email saying my completed shop had been forwarded to the client. So, when I got a generic offer today from a scheduler to do it again. I checked my ACL history. The shop was missing. If I had not gotten the offer today, I might have missed the fact that the shop was missing and not get paid.

Other shoppers may want to check their Completed Events tab, just in case this was not a one-time glitch.

I used online chat. ACL will investigate this.

It turns out the client asked for a reshop for internal reasons (i.e. there was nothing wrong with my shop/report). ACL deleted my event as a result but will send me a check.
I Keep a running spread sheet with shop date payment due date etc. Periodically comparing to shop logs.
