I completed a car wash shop in which the purchase of extra service is required. It also requires a second report to be added via instructions. I dutifully emailed the support team. Crickets. No response. I emailed a second time and then a third time through the Support website.
So now I went past due. I decided to upload the second receipt in an image with the first one, as the FAQ's say the images are the first step to be edited. Wish me luck.
I'm wondering what other shoppers experience are with this company. They're set up not be have phone contact, which is fine, but I cannot even get an email response.
