Shared Insight Trouble Getting Them to Follow Guidelines

I completed a car wash shop in which the purchase of extra service is required. It also requires a second report to be added via instructions. I dutifully emailed the support team. Crickets. No response. I emailed a second time and then a third time through the Support website.

So now I went past due. I decided to upload the second receipt in an image with the first one, as the FAQ's say the images are the first step to be edited. Wish me luck.

I'm wondering what other shoppers experience are with this company. They're set up not be have phone contact, which is fine, but I cannot even get an email response.

Under their FAQ section, under the "Contact Us" tab, it says....

"Alternatively if you require urgent support you can call the Shopper Support team on 310-796-0080. When placing your call, please have your shopper ID and or job ID, to ensure a speedy resolution to your problem."

This is the same phone number as Poster sbobgal above gave, so I'm sure that must be the correct number. Try it.
If this is the same Shared Insight sbobgal and guysmom posted about, the company's phone number is the first thing listed on the company's webpage at [www.sharedinsight.com].

If your bookmark is for the company's login page, which does not have the phone number, you can find the phone number after you log in. As guysmom noted, the phone number can be found in the FAQ.

Shared Insight is not set up to not have phone contact.
Thanks for the help. I didn't look further down the list after finding the first contact FAQ, which utilized the email which I've sent two times.

UPDATE!!!

I tried calling, voice mail. No return call. Now, despite not having the second report downloaded, It appears I'll be paid for both parts. Go figure. I still tried to contact them about the second report. If I'm being paid for something, I expect to work for it. No luck.

You do realize that it was Christmas and the end of the year is fast approaching, right? The employees who are back are probably trying to wrap up the year.

While it is great that you want to work for your pay, it would also be nice if you let them contact you if and when necessary.
