How many times would you complain?

I got the reach out to do some work at a higher rate than the board. Said ok. Did 4 approved at a certain price. They didn’t adjust one of them. I reminded them twice in a polite way. Should I just eat the money? Intellishop.

No. I would e-mail the scheduler directly. But remember, it's a holiday weekend, so don't hold your breath for a reply.

PS: Your e-mail should be excruciatingly polite, not a complaint!

You have to be very careful with Intellishop. If you don't double check the payments before you do the shops you will only get paid what it says. I successfully fought and got the correct price ONE time, but it involved LOTS of emails. I learned to double check the amounts before accepting the shops, and never just go ahead and do it believing they will do the right thing, they will not. (can't tell I've had issues with them.. )
Mistakes happen and they always correct them for me. I may do the shop before they fix it, but never submit it until the correct amount is shown. Once submitted it is usually out of the schedulers hands, and would be a hassle to get it done then.
