Sinclair Shops

I just an Email about Sinclair shops. Nice bonuses - but far away.
They seem very similar to other shops, but on a different platform.
So, my question is: Has anyone ever done these? Is the platform exclusive to doing them on a smartphone - or can they be done via computer?
