HOW TO CONTACT JM RIDGEWAY REPRESENTATIVE?

Hi all,
I have a payment issue with JM Ridgeway. I've been contacting my scheduler and the head of the company. They do not return my emails. The issue is with the shops done in December 2021.
Does anyone know who could I contact with JM Ridgeway?
Appreciate your help!

The phone number listed on Google is (844) 886-1487 and it rings through to someone named Scott. There are multiple threads on the forum regarding this company (I posted a link to one below). I hope your problem is resolved soon!

Frank Kneisley and Scott Ridgway are co-owners. Scott is the President.

Thank you! I've tried several times. He is not answering. He had been responsive before but not now.
Thank you for that! Will try to contact Scott then. Frank has been out of the office for a while, perhaps.
Good luck. When did you first start contacting Frank and who is your scheduler? Paula and Nikki have both been sending out job posting emails and so they are working. The last time I got a SASSIE email from Teresa was July 1st.
Niiki was the scheduler of the December 21 shops. I started to contact Frank in April
Yes. I had no issues communicating with Frank before. Contrary to the common, he was responsive and businesslike with me.

Frank replies, but seems to have a reading issue. He often ignores important direct questions which require multiple follow-up e-mails to get addressed.
