Upscale Hotel/Restaurant Narratives

Does anyone know where I can access some examples of narratives for fine dining and the more upscale hotels. I have 2 scheduled for next week and it is my first time doing an all narrative review. Thanks!

Most frequently the company you will do the jobs for will have sample narratives on their site. Otherwise, I would contact my scheduler for the job so that I indeed was prepared to offer them exactly the level of detail they are looking for. While I could direct you to several sample narratives, they are company specific and you really need the specific ones for the company you are performing the job for.

Edited to add: If for some reason they do not provide you with a sample, be prepared to "tell the story" from arriving on site to leaving their parking lot with all timings in between, descriptions (and hopefully names) of people you interact with and the manager, estimations of how full the place was, all aspects of cleanliness and ambiance, what was suggested, ordered and served, what the dishes looked like, how they tasted, whether you thought they were good quality and a reasonable value, etc. etc.

There are a few MSPs with reports that are so well-constructed, the shopper can tell the story from arrival to departure and hit all points in between. If an MSP's report leaves me to my own devices, almost by rote I will rely on the method of those to complete the report.

You should be provided a set of shop-specific guidelines and sample narratives.
Make sure you put in names or leave out names depending on your specific instructions. Customer Impact wants you to use names, while others do not...read instructions and tell your story, giving all details...be objective.

Live consciously....
Each MSC has it's own standards for writing. For me, it's difficult to keep track of the writing styles when switching between companies. When in doubt, I recommend contacting the MSC for a sample.
What MSC's shop hotels? I don't care to know which hotel brands.
