Primo Solutions is starting to transition from Prophet to Shopmetrics. If you are updating MS company lists and including shopper login/sign up links, please include both links for shoppers -

@rpalko32 Some kind people have been updating the list of mystery shopping companies, as the previous list was outdated.

Could we also add Premier Service (premierservice.ca)?

We do mostly Canadian shops, but have some work in the US as well.

I got email few days ago that Customer Experience Expert owner semi-retired. All shops were transfered to another MSC.

I updated the spreadsheet with these changes. Premier was already listed on there.

I believe Person to Person is now completely kaput. I can still login to their Prophet page but they have no shops listed in any state. Plus their website is no longer working. Their parent company, ADI Consulting, still seems to be in business, though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I emailed them to confirm.

P2P ceased operation when faced with the need/costs of starting with a new reporting system a month ago.
