Does anyone have an email for any of their schedulers? I've been trying to sign up for their field agent jobs in my area to o avail. It's obvious they desperately need help because they keep raising the pay

I'm already signed up. When I try to assign myself a shop it won't let me.

I have only performed a couple of assignments for this company, but I have to tap "apply" when I find an assignment on the job board and wait for a scheduler to assign the job (generally the next business day). Other shoppers that have completed more assignments may have self-assign privileges, but CI obviously does not operate like some other companies that offer immediate self-assign privileges (which might be a good thing from some of the current threads discussing the abuse of self-assignment). smiling smiley
Hi 777bre777,

If you're still having trouble getting assigned please email me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com and I can look into it for you and get you with a project team that has the visits in your area!

Dan is very responsive and will make it work for you if he can.

He's done me right on several occasions. Some which were for a client that his company doesn't even work with anymore.

THUMBS UP FOR DAN. I was going to give him five stars but since the scale was supposed to be on a 1-5 scale that would have been top notch. But if the scale was 1-10 it would have been just average.

Dan is the BEST!
