CXG shops

Hi,

I’ve been signed up to CXG for a while and was wondering what others thought of their shops. Unlike every other MS company I’ve worked with, the job board doesn’t display a description of what the shop is or any guidelines for it. So my question is, what do you tend to be asked to do/how long are the visits and how long are the reports?

I’ve applied to a few and haven’t been accepted so far, but it’s really hard to tell if a shop is worth it without any details.

I recently signed up for them and am wondering the same. I see that the number of questions is listed for their retail shops, but it's not clear what they actually entail. I haven't applied to any yet. If I do and I'm accepted, I'll let you know!
CXG is probably one of my favorite to do work with. Everyone I’ve worked with within their company is by far the most prompt, friendly, reasonable and willing to help people I’ve experienced in the industry overall. Their shops themselves are typically not that long, the reports are easier than most without overly extensive narratives and usually involve higher end retail locations. Their pay is reasonable to me and I actually enjoy doing these shops. Pay is always on time and never an issue.
Are you talking about CXG or CX group? CX Group used to be Second To None and CXG looks to be a mystery shopping company in South Africa.
