Interesting, not my experience with Intellishop at all, usually they are pretty lightning fast with evaluations. For instance, last week I did a shop with their oil change client. The hours of my full-time job cause me to be a late-to-bed, late-to-rise person. After work I finished my report around 11:30 p.m. Eastern, filed, I was still awake at 1:30 a.m. and got the hoped-for 10/10 email. Made me wonder who in that MSC is up doing evaluations at 1 a.m. Eastern but hey, fine by me. 
I'd agree it's an outlier. I do banking institution teller shops for them every month, along with other clients that pop up every now and then in areas I'm working. Communications and evaluations have always been prompt.

I emailed them and they replied saying it's under review, just took a bit more time than usual. No other indication good or bad, so hopefully it's just that - late.
On the main one I do with them there is a note that the client wants the feedback asap and guides us to start the report quickly after finishing the shop. There may be other shops that take priority in editing over the one you did. But 10 days is a long time not to be done yet. Thankfully they have gotten back to you.
I submitted all of my shops except for one and have not received any feedback. It took hours to do these, more than I could have imagined. I hope they get approved after all the time and effort these took.
I did 1 on 3/18 and it was reviewed 3/28.
Just to circle back - my shop did get 'complete' and 'received' status approx April 10th. The usual 10 score. It was over 2 weeks so I was worried, but as of now all is good on that one.
Good to hear. All of mine are under complete, none are received.
It took two weeks or more for the shops to be received. I only got a grade on one of them. Did you get scored for all of the shops?
Yes, scored on each one. Usually I got the email with my grade. Once I think I got no email - but when I clicked on the actual shop on the MSC site - I saw the grade there.
