Rejected because they say I was an employee

Has anyone come across this? Intelli-shop won't let me do a specific shop as they said I was a former employee and family member to current employee? I am most definitely none of the above. I have done this same shop multiple times (with good ratings!) over the last couple of years without problems. I asked the scheduler how to fix this error, as this can be a high paying shop. Anyone had this happen, and were you able to fix it?

They're good to work with. I'm not sure who you emailed but between the schedulers or Matt they should be able to get you situated.
Is it possible you were outed as a shopper? Perhaps someone at that location is familiar with you.
Maybe something in your profile where they ask have you ever worked in such and such industries.
Or perhaps there is another Nell Bean 213 (or whatever your real name is) who did work for them. Once a friend of mine had a tenant who got arrested and thrown in jail because they mistook his name for someone else with the same name that they were looking for. It will all get sorted out but thank your stars you are not in jail. It could be worse.
To expand on what Sandy said, right after I got married in 1982, debt collector came to my front door and asked if I was, my married name, and even though I hadn't actually changed my name on anything except for my driver's license. He told me that I owed a whole bunch of money that I knew nothing about, it turns out it was someone else whose name had always been what my married name was, so I started using my name differently, and never used that form of my name again on legal documents.
@nellybean212 - The last time you did the shop, did they do really bad? Because maybe they went back and checked surveillance and someone lied and said: "That's 'so-and-so,' she used to work here," so they could get the report trashed?
I once checked into a hotel and they told me that I was already there! I don't have a very common name, but there were two of me in the hotel that night!

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Even worse I once checked in for a restaurant shop and they told me I was already there. I have written this story before but for newbies...my brother in law was in town unbeknownst to us as he lived 3000 miles away. He made a reservation at the same restaurant I did for my mystery shop. When he arrived early for the 7 PM reservation they noticed two reservations in the same name and thinking someone booked him twice they deleted my reservation and gave my table away. Then of course I had to keep kicking my husband as he was bent on inviting them to join us and dine at our table after we spotted each other. I live in Los Angeles where there are thousands of restaurants. What was the chance of that ever happening?
Maybe, but when I asked she said specifically that I was a former employee. I guess I'll try and call the scheduler to see whats up but she hasn't been responsive to my emails. Strange, but no one else in this area is picking up this shop, so you'd think they'd want me on the list!
Maybe you once had a job with a company that is affiliated with the client somehow, unbeknownst to you!
I once did an apartment shop and before accepting my report the scheduler emailed me to verify that I didn't currently live in the complex. At that period of time I had lived in my own home (not an apartment) for 15+ years. Luckily it got straightened out and I got paid, but I've never lived at that apartment complex so I'm not sure where they got that idea.
