KINESIS - Gone Out of Business (?)

Hi All,
I just logged on to their shopper website (https://shopper.kinesis-cem.com/) and got the following "greeting" on my screen:
"Kinesis has gone out of business / We have enjoyed working with you for over twenty years! " Luckily I got paid for my April shop. Has anybody further information on this? I enjoyed their shops.

Wow..companies are dropping like flies..Pretty soon there will be only two or three huge companies doing all the shops.

Wow. I have enjoyed doing shops for them over the past 15 years or so. I did one local bank for them in California (while I was visiting friends) in March, and got paid at the end of April via PayPal. I just looked, and I did nothing for them in 2022. I never did a lot of shops for them, but the shops I did were reasonable and fair.

I've had a similar experience - only did a handful of them but the pay was reasonable and had straightforward reports.

Those huge companies have a million shoppers in their databases, too. So I don’t think we will be seeing our fees rise at ALL for the foreseeable future.

Kinesis's main website gives no indication that they are out-of-business.

It might be the case that someone had poor word choice on their shopping page and should have written something like, "Kinesis has exited the mystery shopping industry to focus on our other research work. We have enjoyed working with you..."

This is where I have always logged in: [shopper.kinesis-cem.com] and this is the message that appears: "Kinesis has gone out of business
We have enjoyed working with you for over twenty years!"

I tried the link that Rousseau provided and tried to log in. I was told that my username and password are incorrect. They worked two months ago.

Has anyone actually logged in using the login button on the main page?

We handled all of the scheduling for Kinesis since 2004. I can confirm that they have ceased operations. Covid just did them in. We will miss working with them as they always treated shoppers and vendors very fairly.

Yes, I had worked with Ellen Yeckel at Kinesis late last year and she was very fair when an issue came up.
