Ever talk to Scot Carson? He is one of the shop reviewers and comes off as very nasty and disrespectful. Is is just me he doesn't like or has anyone else had this experience? I have talked with Shanna the scheduler who is sweet as can be.
A few years ago there was a glitch during an entertainment center shop and I placed a phone call for guidance. Scott answered and was most helpful solving the problem .I assume it was the same Scott.
I started working for the company years and years ago when Scott (who is or was the owner) was the only one there. Over the years he expanded and added a scheduler or two. So for years I dealt directly with Scott and he was the nicest person on earth and then one day a few years ago I had an issue and called Scott directly. I had not dealt directly thru him for a few years by that point but still had his phone number. In any case he was pretty abrupt. I have the impression that he wants to step back from the every day dilemmas of shoppers and perhaps I was not the first since he had done so who called him directly but I was shocked at his changed attitude.
