Newest casualty of MF

I've been shopping for MF for 6 years. All of a sudden, NO shops appear on my job board. Think I got blocked from everything on their board. No explanation, no nothing. What gives?

I thought if they dropped you, you couldn't log in at all. Have you contacted them?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Sorry, responding to wrong message.

Have you tried changing your search zip code and searching a larger area to see if you can pull up any shops? They do have a massively reduced number of shops these days. And I think they just lost 2 more clients this quarter. Everyone I know who has been deactivated by them gets an emailing telling them they are not going to get any more shops. Usually they allow the shopper to finish whatever shops they have already scheduled but then, after about a month, the shopper's login doesn't work any more.
When MF deactivated me in Nov. of 2010, the link to schedule new work had been removed. I did not, at any time, receive a notice, but I was permitted to complete my scheduled shops. Within two/three mos. of being fired, I lost 20+ lbs, my blood pressure dropped and I was no longer borderline diabetic; it was truly a blessing.
Try looking around zip code 19122. Right now, there are 194 available shops.

I am guessing they lost their big client. I have the same issue in MA, no shops.

None of my biggest shops are listed for me now. I guess I HAVE been cut off!! Bummer-I have enjoyed this!
I have never done a shop with MF but am singed up. I find their platform utterly confusing. Why state the address and type of shop, but not state the name of the business? Then I have to google the address only to find out it's a shop I don't even want to do. Just more work for the shopper. Am I doing the search incorrectly?!
Beware of them and Ipxxxs as well there editors for some reason reported me and not longer can do some shop beacuse of this. As well, not sure I never will do them or it is only a restrictiion without no notification. Just find out about it. ????????
I’ve heard that sometimes they lift the restrictions. I don’t know. I had an audit one time that I had to cancel due to an emergency, and I got restricted from that client. They never will lift it. Sometimes, the client has that type of pull technically were doing the work for them.
If you'd like to PM me your shopper ID or first and last name I'll check the system and see what I can find about restrictions.
Hi Paula!
Shoppers are deactivated for a large variety of reasons. It is important to remember this is an Independent Contractor relationship and either side can chose to end the relationship at any time.
The most common reasons for deactivation include high cancellation, duplicate accounts, unprofessional communications with help desk, inaccurate contact information, dishonesty, client specific requests, etc.

Feel free to reach out with any additional questions.

Do you know why they deactivate shoppers?

Being a male with B-Cups, I just send in a pic of me in something low-cut. I've never been deactivated.

I've never been fitted for a bra cup size but I was deactivated by MF about 8-10 years ago.

After appealing my deactivation, thankfully, whoever it was I appealed to did not agree with the reason for deactivation. Or they needed a shopper in my new area. I've been happy to do their shops for the past 9-11 years at what I consider reasonable prices.

If a restaurant can charge almost $20 for a hot-dog, fries and a drink, they damn well should be able to pay me $25-30 to evaluate them. According to Robert Irvine, their food cost should only be a third of what they are charging.

If I was paying $10 for the same, I wouldn't expect to be paid the $25-30 fee. Think the drive in/drive through company mystery shopped by the same MSC that MIGHT have servers on roller skates. I would actually do them all day for $12 if there were any in my area and I'm nearby because I like their food. Please don't comment on this, please, please don't. I think their burgers are acceptable.

Now if I can just stop getting 3-4 e-mails from Samantha and "there's XXXX shops in your area e-mails" ALONG with the daily notifications, noting unacceptable shop prices, I would be happy. Because Samantha doesn't offer more than what's on the board and the other e-mails don't actually mention a dollar amount. So why actually send them unless to clog my inbox?

But if I didn't bite at $9-12 at 4 AM, how likely am I to bite at the same price, that isn't quoted on a 5 PM e-mail.

The only thing it does is piss me off because it's making me delete the posts from clogging up my e-mail! Or actually check if the price rose by $20.
the bonus posting and number of shops has gone down significantly.

I shopped for them for years, until they deactivated me for appealing an unfair rejection. Their loss. I shopped last minute jobs for them in a pinch for years, and was always offered bonuses because they always had unfulfilled jobs. Now I wonder who around here is doing them since they let me go.
I was a little irritated at first, but to be honest I don't miss the poorly paid burger shops at all. There are so many better companies to work for.
aren't they out of like San Diego?

i would say hope the back door doesn't hit you on the way out.

MF stands for different words in my book!
Albany New York. I think of them every time I visit family in that city but never bother to drop in unannounced.

My bad. Athens GA. Maybe they moved.

I really like it when I get calls from another country about taking these shops and they offer me LESS than what Samantha just did!
they seem to have eliminated the instant scheduling now. all i can find is ones that are a few days out.
