Presto Shops W9-how do I submit it?

Hello. I tried to claim an insta shop and got a pop up that I needed a valid W9 before claiming more shops and to contact support. Of course, no other information on how to contact support. Does anyone know? Thanks

Check for an email from no-reply@track1099.com (subject line Presto Insta-Shops - SurfMerchants W-9 Request).
In the email, click the button that says Fill out your W-9.

You might need to check your Spam/Junk folder

Thanks, I put in a ticket and they sent me the email and I got it taken care of.
