Marketforce Global App

Just want to report on my experience.

I was not able to open the app on-site. Couldn’t open the website, either. Zero cell coverage, rural CO, lol.

So I took the pics, and when I got to internet coverage, opened the app and tried to complete the report.

It worked seamlessly! I am delighted to not face hours of downloading photos and complete reports on my pc after getting home.

There was one horrible glitch: the app accepted my photos, but wouldn’t allow me to link them to questions. I had to go to the website, but I was then able to link the photos and submit the report.

Just wanted you all to know, in case you have not yet downloaded the Global Eye from Marketforce. I can recommend!

Can you PM the phone information (maker and version). You should be able to do this and it's helpful to know what it isn't working on so we can recreate and fix.

It’s a fairly recent iPhone. I’ve had it two years, and got it used. So it’s a X or XI, I think. Will my phone tell me what it is? It’s currently updated to ios13.something.

And it not opening on-site is not the app’s problem. These rural areas just have no coverage.

But I’m thrilled with it. I’m one of the people who have pestered MF for years to make a functioning app, LOL.

Mfisherrie, there are plenty of negative reviews in the play store, describing the exact problems people are having with it. It probably doesn't matter what kind of phones they have since many issues are repeated by various users.
