Hi Icubed3! Both KSS and Acculocity are scheduling companies, not mystery shop companies, so they would not be the ones that pay you. Do you still have a confirmation email from when the shop was assigned? If so, you should see a link in there to contact the scheduler. The scheduler would know the pay cycle for the mystery shop company that would be paying you. If you happen to know the name of the scheduler, but do not have a link to use, I can help you get the email address to that scheduler if you PM me.
