Gigspot - how to opt back in

I’m one of the few I guess that loves gigspot. I accidentally opted out. Well I thought I was opting out for just one company but apparently doing that opts you out entirely! How do I opt back in/reactivate my gigspot account. I did message their support - do they work weekends? How quickly does support get back to you?

Why would you want to go back with Gigspot? They've been a loser ever since they began...

I find it very easy to just go there and see a whole ton of shops at once instead of going to individual companies. Great for when I visit other areas that have MSCs that aren’t common in my area. Also i use their website not the app. So please just need help activating

not with my email. I'd have to use a different email (and then i'm wondering if it would be an issue because I'll have the same social, phone number etc as my orignial account). when i tried to create a new account with my usual email, it keeps saying it recognizes my email as already having an account. but then it won't let me log in with it! and it won't let me reset the password - says I have opted out of gigspot! but there is no option anywhere to opt back in (and i really hate the shopmetrics platform on the MSCs that use gigspot. it's like im back in time to 2001 internet.

So you like having limited options and less pay? The mystery shopping companies that work with gig spot only offers certain jobs to gig spot, not all of the jobs that those companies have are available through gig spot. And gig spot takes a portion of the pay for those jobs that they offer, so you're getting paid less at base pay, to do the same jobs that other people are doing for more money. I think I'm confused, probably won't be the last time.

Well at least in my area, base pay is the same whether on gigspot or the msc site. and i can see on their sites same jobs on them as on gigspot (logging in with different emails i can do that) I don't experience a difference - and when one of the companies on gigpot decides to add a bonus (frequently happens with Alta), I get that email from the scheduler. This saves me a lot of time. I can log into one place and see a ton of jobs rather than opening email after email after email. I do the same with ISS, and then a handful of certain lucrative (in my area) MSC sites. (I don't bother with presto and jobslinger bc their posts are outdated quickly and the lucrative MSCs on there are ones I check regularly).

so i was able to sign up again with another email - but i'd prefer to be using my original account as I have had a lot of jobs in that one and it's my main email address
