So, I've got a project that I haven't done in a few years, and another one with a couple of stops that I've only done one stop for previously, about a year ago.
These visits were prior to the printer-friendly report going away, obviously, so I knew exactly what I would have to input for my report. If they were 4 pages or less I'd print just to have a physical checklist to work with. Otherwise I'd print page 1 so I could log notes for the visit
In my experience with Ipsos there can be discrepancies between guidelines, online reports and printer-friendly versions, so I like having all my bases covered.
I've almost given up pointing these out in appropriate comments sections because it would not appear anyone there gives a damn about errors in the company's materials. The great irony of the industry...
I did find a workaround so all questions can still be previewed: Open the View/Submit page and click to indicate the shop could be completed.
All questions for the report will deploy so you can deal with that info however you like. As long as you close the browser tab without saving the shop, it will remain in New status to minimize any scheduler interaction should the visit not be completed for some reason.
