IPSOS "This shop is currently not available" message

I've done a lot of cell phone shops for IPSOS, Now when I click on a cell phone shop, the calendar dates are available to me, but when I go to get the shop, I get a message "This shop is currently not available" Are they blocking me from these shops or is anyone else getting this message? I get other shops, just not cell phone shops.

You may have reached your limit. Usually a shopper can only do a certain number per round.

I have that happen often. Sometimes I can get the shop through emailing the scheduler. This morning I tried to get one and the dates disappeared again. I received an email back from the scheduler that the location was not available at this time and a list of those that were available. So, most likely, they don't need that one done and it's not that you've been blocked, but I can't say for sure. It's just my experience. Either the shop was assigned or mistakenly posted. In my case, it was not for a cell phone shop. I rarely do those. It was a bank shop.

Edited again because it's early and I've not had my full dose of coffee. The company I'm referring to in my reply was not IPSOS...so not really much help except the dates disappear and I get a message that I must chose a date within the open range. That's when I send off an email and either get the shop or don't. I do believe I've also had this happen with IPSOS Sassie, so it might be the same issue. Sorry for the long reply.

Unfortunately, whomever is overseeing the project blocked you from doing the shops. Talk to whomever in charge of the project to see why they did that. Maybe they’ll unblock you.

yep John, that means you have been excluded from that project.. sorry. there are a few projects I was excluded from. In a few months or a year send an email to the ignore us email address and ask to be reinstated. Sometimes you have to ask more than once, but eventually they have always reinstated me. Even one that I thought I had been excluded from forever.

I thought that might have happened. I've done so many cell phone shops in my area, maybe they want someone else to do them too.
