I had to delete my Ipsos shopmetrics account due to some compromised email issues. But I tried to re-register using the same email, a different email. When I tried rhe same email address, it says an account exists but I can login using the password or request a forgot password. When I tried a different email address, it says my tax ID is being used in an another account. I tried contacting the email address and a scheduler that I’m friendly with it to see if I can get any response, so far nothing.
