Ipsos accounts

I had to delete my Ipsos shopmetrics account due to some compromised email issues. But I tried to re-register using the same email, a different email. When I tried rhe same email address, it says an account exists but I can login using the password or request a forgot password. When I tried a different email address, it says my tax ID is being used in an another account. I tried contacting the email address and a scheduler that I’m friendly with it to see if I can get any response, so far nothing.
Does anyone know how can I about getting this resolved?

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

The only way to possibly salvage this yourself is if you can log in to the original account and update your email address to the new address, which will also require updating your PayPal payment address (they have to match.) If you aren't able to do that, your only choice is to wait to hear from the scheduler or somebody at Ipsos. You will not be able to register for a new account with your social security number/tax ID as long as it is tied to another account.

You can add more than one email address to your paypal account. So access your account on Shopmetrics, change your email address and password, then add the new email address to your Paypal account.
