Is everything ok with Intellishop ?

I am trying to request a bonus for a shop in my area, but when I am trying to contact the scheduler, the email bounces. I even tried the home base email of insite@intelli-shop.com, but that email is blocked and gets bounced back too.

I have completed 10 jobs this month, with one needing assistance; the schedular's reply was rapid. There were not any bounces on my end.
IS is poor, at best, in communicating regarding the car dealer online/inperson shops. The pay is good, but the excruciating detail needed changes with each WordSmith Pro editor....frustrating to complete three, in my case, exactly the same, and have one of them come back to me several times for the most picayune revisions! Three different editors.....
No problems here. At the very least, I do between 5 and 8 credit unions each month (where I have my car loan), and there's never an issue. The scheduler for those is always prompt to reply to my requests to reschedule.

I had an issue with a shop for them today and when I contacted the scheduler, he got back to me very fast.
No matter how much they pay for these car dealership shops, they are not worth the time and frustration with the reports. Their expectations are ridiculous.
I don't mind them at all. The expectations are very clear. Yes, there is narrative, but it isn't ridiculous for over $100.....
