Does anyone know who to contact with issues?

I performed a shop at the listed location, and the scheduler rejected my shop and refuses to listen to logic or work with me on redoing the shop for a different place.

The scheduler is the issue. =(
The form has the wrong address on it. He refuses to acknowledge that.

I've made every attempt to be professional and offer to redo it at a different address. He is not being kind or reasonable. I've had issues with him in the past.
