Confero Hasn't Paid Again

I just sent an email to support. I of course expect no reply, but I see on the other thread that contacting them resulted in payment for someone.
I heard back from support saying to give them a day or two to look into it. I got a notification from PayPal that my payment came today, so I'm all set. Hopefully they are reissuing payments for the rest of you who are waiting as well.
My shops that I completed the first week of January are finally showing as "pending payment", hallelujah!
I contacted the scheduler and support and never heard from them nor received my money.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I contacted "support" yesterday. Did not hear from them, but just got a notification from Paypal of payment. The note on the payment says "Reissued payment from "2/19/25." Bull****. I've never ever had any other MSC or other vendor have to "reissue" a payment through Paypal. This is the second time Confero has had to "reissue" a payment.

I have 2 shops from early January that have been showing payment pending status for over a week. I emailed the Scheduler, but they did not have visibility to payments. I emailed Support two days ago, but no reply yet.
Does the fact that this thread has been dormant for two months mean that things have improved with Confero and its payments?
NinS, they did have an issue this month, but they caught it and reissued the payments. I got an email that mentioned the following:

"Currently, PayPal sends an alert to Confero when payments are not processed, but this is not sent until 30 days after payment issue Because of this, we are changing our payment process to include a recheck of all batches to make sure everything has gone out in hopes of avoiding this type of issue in the future."
In my opinion, they pay. Not in accordance with what they state. Takes a lot longer, maybe 2-2.5 months?
Curious, does anyone have these issues with other MSCs that use PayPal? It sounds to me like insufficient funds but maybe they have some sort of interface problem?
I do not understand why they are repeatedly having an issue paying people through Paypal. They've had to "reissue" my payment 3 of the last 4 or payments and they were just plain late (according to their own terms) on the fourth. I call BS on blaming Paypal. It seems to me that Confero is just stretching out the float. Or they are completely inept technologically. Has anyone one here ever had to have a Paypal payment reissued by a legitimate company? Or by an individual for that matter?

This is NOT a "this month" issue. It's been going on since last year.
