NinS, they did have an issue this month, but they caught it and reissued the payments. I got an email that mentioned the following:
"Currently, PayPal sends an alert to Confero when payments are not processed, but this is not sent until 30 days after payment issue Because of this, we are changing our payment process to include a recheck of all batches to make sure everything has gone out in hopes of avoiding this type of issue in the future."
