Bare tax form

Did Bare provide one combined 2024 tax form for their main platform (paid by Tipalti) and the ISS platform (paid by PayPal)? I can not locate the form and wondered if it was sent via mail or e-mail. Thanks for any help!

I only got one 1099 from BARE for all the work I completed for them last year.
