So I did one of the convenience store shops with a small purchase.
When I went to complete the report, it had hot bar questions. The location I shopped was not a hot bar location. (Second time this has happened, their system is messed up somehow)
I sent a message to the scheduler.
She replied that the report was fixed for me.
I went back in - and now the report is missing altogether.
I sent a message to the scheduler again, got her back up person.
Back up person says I need to re-apply?
What?? I already performed the shop.
I sent another message.
if this has happened to anyone else - would like to hear about your experience, how it was fixed.
