Alta360 issue - anyone else?

So I did one of the convenience store shops with a small purchase.
When I went to complete the report, it had hot bar questions. The location I shopped was not a hot bar location. (Second time this has happened, their system is messed up somehow)
I sent a message to the scheduler.
She replied that the report was fixed for me.
I went back in - and now the report is missing altogether.
I sent a message to the scheduler again, got her back up person.
Back up person says I need to re-apply?
What?? I already performed the shop.
I sent another message.
if this has happened to anyone else - would like to hear about your experience, how it was fixed.

Call them, they are very responsive to phone calls. 419-535-5757, They're in Ohio I think. Don't know if that EST or CST.

Just ran into the reverse. Guidelines and printed report clearly delineate all the Hot Bar criteria, and the location I did had one (unexpectedly... it's really small and another member had indicated there was not one). Had the small purchase ready to go then saw the Hot Bar.

Went to do the report and there were no Hot Bar questions and reimbursement was only shown as $2.

Emailed my scheduler and received an auto-reply indicating they were out through the 23rd and to email them for assistance.

WTAF?!?!?

Have synthesizers, will travel...
My emails have been going into a black hole, scheduler not responding, supervisor responded that forwarded to scheduler, but no response, so as rosie suggested, I called and got my answer.

Confusing to say the least.
