Elitecxs. I have contemplated commenting on these posts as I see them. But, I am no longer able to stay silent. I am aware they are currently trying to actively recruit a scheduler in another group. They are unable to pay their recent schedulers, editors and shoppers but they can recruit others to try to help them. I have been in the industry for numerous years, as a scheduler, editor, and Project Assistant. I have worked with multiple mystery shop companies over the years and I do not EVER publicly bash nor share any details of any of the companies. It is with sheer embarrassment and honestly, down right shame, that I share that I was a independent contractor with Elite CXS recently. I make this post to share with my fellow schedulers, editors and shoppers to please avoid at ALL costs all work offered to you by Elite CXS.
I and a few other independent contractors that helped EliteCXS recently have also been victims of theirs as well. We, just like shoppers are not being paid and are also being given the run around. The lies, manipulation and the avoidance are very real.The minute you are deemed "uncommitted", if you question your unpaid invoices, don't fill the shops on time, or ask about the programs you have been assigned, you are then off boarded and given the boot. All this after you are expected to be available to meet their needs on their demand.
The "female" in charge will become unprofessional, all the while blaming you for the lack of shopper response to open opportunities. Yes, I am sure many of you know who this is. And before anyone comes for me. Yes, I and several others can provide proof and validation to my statements of this person. I am aware she has been in this industry for a long time. But the truth comes to light on its own and I only make this post to protect everyone that I can. She and the owner will initially go above and beyond to make sure you think everything is OK, and that things are going to be straightened out for shoppers and company wide. All while everything is collapsing worse along the way. From the time I initially started, I saw multiple people leave the company for the same reasons I have stated here.
While speaking to my fellow schedulers and editors, it became clear that things were not as they seemed and the fair treatment of everyone was not as it should have been. We explained on multiple occasions that the shops would not fill based on shopper payment issues. Our concerns were completely avoided. A multiple number of us expressed our concern about our own payment when we initially started working. This too went on deaf ears. Once you are off boarded for not doing the job the way they want it, you are given the run around for payment, told by the female in charge there is no update. Told you will need to deal with the owner directly. Or completely ignored. When you ask her if your invoice was even reviewed and approved and when to expect payment, you are treated as if your payment concerns are the least thing they have to deal with. Just like shoppers are treated.
This company continues to put shops out for shoppers to complete, all while continuing to claim payment from their clients. But shopper payments, scheduler and editor payments continue to go unpaid. The female in charge will send our emails and concerns to the owner or "HR" ( there is no HR), only to continue to go on deaf ears. She does this to not have to deal directly with us. I initially felt that what I was told, that things would get better and shoppers would get paid would actually happen. But the more I saw and heard, the worse the situation became. Not to mention the long history of issues I came to find out were not just recent problems. My colleagues and I all share the fact that we see this female as also being an enabler to the owner of EliteCXS. She is well aware of what is happening and she continues to try to recruit people to help them with this entire scam of a company.
I have consulted with my attorney and I myself will be doing what is necessary to try to reclaim the money owed to me for work done as well. I will tell anyone that will listen...I repeat...do NOT do any work for this company as a shopper or otherwise. You will face the same, if not a worse situation that the rest of us are dealing with. I sit here wondering what it will have to take for everyone to get paid. I sit here worried and stressed over my missing pay as well. I am also in financial stress and explaining this to them made no difference. I share the same concerns that have been expressed by everyone about EliteCXS. The two people at EliteCXS that are the only ones that receive salaries, are very well aware of what they continue to do. I pray that we all get justice and receive payment from this nightmare. I truly love working with shoppers and working in this field, but I just cannot have peace with this entire situation that continues to go on. The cycle must stop.
