Getting back in the EPMS groove

Now that my cashflow needs have loosened a bit, and I've invested in a button cam rig, I'm actively pursuing well-paying apartment jobs again after avoiding them for the past few years.

Just completed 2 audio recorded visits for EPMS.

Yes, their online experience remains pretty horrible. I especially love how you still wind up at a page with zero navigation when you complete all the sections of the report, and no instructions on how to proceed.

On the plus side, it would seem a lot of the goofiest stuff has gone away now that Grace Hill owns them.

The reports I did recently were way less redundant, with no more entering times in two different formats in two different places of the report.

And no more wanting to know where the bathrooms were located in the apartment. In fact, there was no question for even describing the apartment.

Evaluating and mailing packages since 1994. I am an undercover connoisseur of customer service, a master of disguise in the aisles, and a sworn enemy of subpar experiences. I blend in, observe, and report—because excellence should never be a mystery.
I personally like how they wanted you to describe the "path" you took to view the apartment. My favorite was when model unit was literally next to the office. My path? We walked outside and took a left.
And I sit corrected.

Wrapping up my first video report from yesterday, and that shop form does indeed have the redundant military time questions as well as needing to know the bathroom locations.

The EPMS online experience remains one of the fugliest in the biz.
