What do if your sick

I am scheduled for a dinner shop tonight. I am not feeling well. I sent an email to the scheduler through the help/contact button letting them know that I won’t be able to complete and asked to be rescheduled. I am worried she won’t get the email, all my correspondence with this scheduler is during the middle of the night. Is there anyone else I should contact? The MSC is Market Viewpoint.

Never knew they did restaurants. Great company to work for- perhaps you can write the president of the company Elaine@Marketviewpoint.com. She is very nice and I am sure she will understand. Feel better!

Say you're sick and offer a reschedule date possibility. Things always come up and the sooner they know, the better
I remember the days when you had a "range" of days on Sassie shops. Usually a 2-3 day window. Seems like most MSC have gone away from that. The Chinese fast food place can be done any day up to and including the day you pick so that is the only one with a range that I'm aware of.
