Ipsos email repeats

This morning I had tons of emails from Ipsos. I have some jobs that are pending verification (sigh) but I got notifications that I had been assigned these jobs and also that they were due. They have all been completed and were all assigned a few days ago.

Anyone else getting a bunch of late/duplicate messages?

In the meantime, I had emailed them about some glitches I experienced and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Do they actually respond to emails?

They rarely respond to emails to the general mailbox. You need to email someone directly. Diana and Carey are pretty good about responding. I also find them to be responsive if you email them through Facebook.

I usually get a flurry of 5-6 emails with only one of them within my shopping radius. When I click on the link, only one of five cities in the email shows up.

If the other shops have been taken already, show that.

I dont think I've done anything for IPSOS in a year, but i keep hoping.

I don't know about duplicate emails. I get several that say "retail oil" at the top, but they are all different emails. Some are for Image audits, some for Customer First, and each of those are generally divided by day part, so there will be 2 for image, one for day time, one for evening, and the same for Customer First. But they also use that line "retail oil" for other gas station shops too. Recently I've received the same emails for Image audits, but with only AL locations listed, which is fine, I guess. But I would also like to see the shops available in TN and GA because I go there now and then also.

My repeat ones were all the job assignment emails and task due emails. It seemed as though all my jobs were reassigned and then past due. It only happened for me on one day and didn't repeat. Maybe just a glitch in their system.

They do send a reminder email one or two days before your assignment is due. but I generally only get one email for each job to remind me.
