Brand Standards Auditor Qualification I study materials

Hello my name is Cipriana, I’m new to this mystery shopping stuff. I find it quite enjoyable! I’m just having a little bit of trouble- I’m trying to take the brand standard auditor qualification test, I’ve taken it several times but I can’t seem to pass it. Does anybody know where I can find the study materials? I have even googled a lot of the questions on there and I seem to be answering them right but yet, I still fail the test. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

ummm, we're going to need more info. Which company is this for? Are you taking a certification for a specific shop? Read some of the other threads to familiarize yourself with the hints and alternative descriptions of the MSCs and clients so that you don't violate your terms of service.
What company are you taking the test for, or what job? We would be happy to help.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
It’s posted on the bottom of shops being offered it just says if you want more jobs take the standard auditing qualification test and when I click on it it takes me to a auditing test with 20 questions or so really easy questions but for some reason I keep failing it. Does anybody else see that post at the end of the job listing board??
Go to the provider that you purchased it from. If this is through the MSPA, they had a whole study course prior to the test.

1. Don't ever purchase anything to mystery shop
2. Sign up with as many companies as you can, directly from their own websites
3. Don't worry about quizzes unless an individual shop you apply for requires it.
I have no idea what OP is talking about. Maybe I'm dense. Or maybe it's the mystery of mystery shopping.
I'm ***thinking*** this person signed up for the paid jobslinger subscription or joined mspa or something like that. There are "quizzes" that say you can qualify for additional job postings if you pass.
It's kind of like having to take the BP quiz before assigning the job, but totally bunk as everyone can always see any shops posted on jobslinger, etc...

OP, we would love to help you, but you have to give us more information. Please tell us what site you are looking at. There are many sites that have shops offered and we don't know which site you are looking at.
It could just be an AI chatbot in training. They practice everywhere.
We need to know which MSC. There are some companies that make you take certification tests just to get jobs, any jobs, but they are simple common sense questions. If you tell us the MSC we can try to help you with your test. Or if I get tired of trying to understand what you're trying to do, I'm likely to refuse to do anything at all.
The company is called; intelli-shop. Here is the exact post. Hope I’m not breaking any rules now.

That’s the test I can’t seem to pass and I have no clue why!? Does this answer all the nice questions all of you have taken time to ask? I do appreciate everyone’s help. Thank you!
Did you get that in an email? It might be a scam. I clicked on the link, it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen from Intellishop. I no longer shop for them, so it's been a while, but I've never seen anything like that from any MSC.
Edit.....
It's BEFORE you log in, and you have to scroll way down past the log in boxes.

I've never paid attention to this, and have no desire to start now.

I have seen that paragraph; it is on the login page. Have you asked anyone at Intellishop?
. . . flexiquiz.com/SC/N/IntelliShopBS-C
Could it pertain to the CustomerOptix division? The site that they rolled out years ago which hasn't had a job listed since?
You're right, I stand corrected. You have to scroll way down past the log in area.....(which I never do)

Why are you trying to take this quiz? This is not really for mystery shopping, it is something different that they do. Not exactly sure what it is, probably audits. I took the quiz just to see and failed so not like I can help you. I would just go back and change one answer at a time to see if it improves your score.
@Cippy, that doesn't look like anything you need to pass in order to do the mystery shops for Intellishop. It's for a different division/section of Intellishop. Try looking at the available shops for IS in your area and see if you find anything you'd like to try and then apply for it. Good luck!
I've taken that test 10 times and never passed either. If I remember its IntelliShop
If I don’t need to take that test, then never mind. I thought I needed it to get more jobs. I’m just trying to stay active and ready to learn anything I can so I can be the best I can be and take advantage of free lessons.
Thank you everyone for helping me out!!! It’s nice to have a team for support and guidance!!

Hi @CippyG,
You may find the following thread with the first 5 or so pinned topics helpful in your quest to mystery shopping. Even after 20 years of MSing, and over 9 years here on the forum, I still refer to this thread from time to time. Hope it helps you! [www.mysteryshopforum.com]
I've never taken that quiz but I have been recruited. They'll email you and ask if you're interested should there be an opportunity in your area and you have a high enough feedback score to meet the requirement. My 2 cents, just do the jobs that are posted on time and well. They'll notice.
