I haven't done a shop with them in a while but they used to make you go through a briefing and qualification test that was pretty similar to the shop. You can probably email the scheduler, they were always helpful.

Once logged in, look at the bar on top and find "Qualification." Click it then "Briefing." You can see all of the different projects and instructions.
