The JACK network

I know this has been discussed multiple times before, but I am at almost 2.5 months from doing a very pricey shop for the JACK network and STILL have not been paid. I sent an e-mail but no reply. So frustrating. Just venting!!!

Yep. I hear ya. They also owe me several hundred from October. They always pay me quite late. I’m not thrilled about it but the shops I do for them are easy enough that I deal with the delay. No other company I work for pays me so late. But I’ve never had to ask them for the money, as they always do pay me eventually. Hope they pay you soon!

Check the IC Agreement. They may be a 90 day payout company. There are still a few of those around.

Their payment terms are that "In most cases, [payment] will occur 6-8 weeks after you have completed an assignment." That's conveniently ambiguous! I've also not been paid for multiple Oct shops, which is longer than they usually take, but I won't try to chase them down next week as so many offices are closed over the holidays. If it drags out into January I'll try to get an answer either from TJN or the independent scheduler who works with them.

Better off asking TJN directly. Not sure I've ever had Mackensie Kern respond to anything I've sent.

It has been well over 6-8 weeks for me. More like 10

Howard, the following is merely a suggestion.

I am guessing both Lalo and Nin have decided the negative aspect of Jack's payment times and lack of communication are acceptable. This probably due to the positive merits of the work. Concerning future shops,
for you it is decision time.

I'm still waiting for 11/11 shop payment,They didn't answer my payment inquiry - it was my first job for them. I guess I'll keep waiting.

Interesting -- nothing for my Oct shops yet. Hopefully I'll have similar news soon!

Before they changed/switched their company name, they had some great fine dining shops. They paid quickly. and there was a generous reimbursement. I see the Jack Network now has undesirable shops for my interests since then.

Not me…I still have 2 outstanding ones for October. Interesting that the payments don’t all go out at the same time…
