Customer Impact - Resubmit your projects!

Just a heads up -
I did 2 projects for them the weekend of Dec 14th. I had two locations listed in Sassie and submitted them.
I did 4 on the 19th and submitted them in Sassie the same day.

I went back in my account the other day and the individual locations were removed, with new combined entries to submit. It was the same fee and the locations were detailed in the comments.

I didn't get any notification to go in and resubmit these, I was just logging in to update my own spreadsheet of projects. If you did any projects for CI this month, check your account and resubmit any assignments.

I thought I was tripping! That same thing happened to me. I resubmitted it and emailed the scheduler but of course she didn’t know.
I've noticed that hey have been doing that for a while across multiple projects. Towards the end of each month they would group listings of each projects together into one giant listing and you have to resubmit it but they never email you or anything

Are they telling you guys why you are having to resubmit them? How do you verify your location when you do re-do them?

No, it just looks like a re-consolidation. I have a spreadsheet that log every shop and pay that I do for year-end tax purposes so i can crosscheck both myself. I have not experience missing shops/pay from that consolidating listing so far.
FYI this has nothing to do with the submissions in GoSpotCheck. This is just CI cleaning up their records to make payment easier.

I didn't get any notification about resubmitting things. What I submitted in GoSpotCheck remained, it was just in sassie I had to resubmit the shop.
Well, you would think before they went on a very long, extended vacation that they would make sure every job starting would be placed in the app. But, guess what? I am stuck with jobs that started on the first, and they won't even be in the office until the 5th. I am so frustrated. Every project has an issue I have to overcome.

Ohhhhh that is definitely frustrating. I thought last year they closed the week between Christmas and New Years. It's nice to give people time off but my job(s) always made sure we had someone to handle "urgent" issues like that.

That is indeed frustrating, and I fully remember the same thing when I was doing TY if the 1st landed on weekend there's like 50% chance my job won't show up on the 1st. As a part time weekend warrior like myself that's a weekend lost to me, especially when they are demanding everything to be done by the 15th.
I received an automatic email stating they would check emails every so often. Well, it's been an entire day and no one has replied. This is a company I am beginning to love to dislike. When it's good, it's good. When it's bad, it's very frustrating!
