I've worked with them for YEARS. Had a VERY VERY good relationship with Stephanie, Jess & a few others. I emailed Jess last month about two shops, never heard back. I figured it was due to Christmas and let it go. Haven't tried since then.
I had a great relationship with them all. Nicole, Jess, and Bethany specifically. I sent an email to Jess and Nicole today. NOTHING. Last month I sent an email to Nicole, and nothing.
Alta 360 was absorbed by InTouch Insight and most of the shops are being moved to the Sassie platform.

All the emails I have been receiving about the prior Alta 360 shops are from schedulers in Southeast Asia.

If they tell me one more time that a $25.00 furniture retail shop is a "high paying" one...........
I emailed about something and it took 2 or 3 emails before I got a response.
There are lots of buyouts happening, meaning the buyer gets all of the contracts and data. There is a transition period, and as with most buyouts, many corporate-style staffing ...adjustments. It's also contract renewal time...or not. AI is changing this landscape as well and many others.
We have no control over the security and new Terms of Service involving data sharing. Advice from industry experts is to protect your personal info as best you can and monitor your accounts as more and more ...corporate and other transitions happen.

I began working for Insight under a different name AND before they became part of a conglomerate. As they are a bottom payer, I have only completed a few jobs, when they were desperate and met my fee requirement. In the 18 yrs., I have never experienced the slightest problem, BUT, perhaps becoming a heavy hitter in the game, they are disregarding their ICs. If so, the shame on my end is that in May of this yr., I celebrate my 65th anniversary of becoming associated with Canadians, specifically Newfies and Scotians. In ALL of those decades, each and every relationship has been TOP SHELF and 3 THUMBS UP.
Happy 65th Bob! You're a treasure trove of wisdom and we appreciate you (heart emoji).
SBP,

Thank you for your words. I appreciate the opportunity to be of assistance, especially to those for whom this is a trying time. I well recall last year's post from a gal who stated being in tears concerning Ipsos and that she, due to need, was forced to "grin and bear it."

I would be both surprised and disappointed if I ever learned either a Newfie or a Scotian were involved with the lack of communication. Such would definitely be out-of-character for a Maritimer.
It's my opinion, that it looks as if intouch insight is getting ready to abandon the shopmetrics platform. Since they purchased Alta360 they've sold off or let other MSCs poach 2 of their clients, and they have moved the truck stop shops to the Sassie platform. All that's left on shopmetrics is storage shops. And I don't really think those shops are enough to keep the platform active.

Makes sense - since they have a portal across all 3 platforms (Sassie, Isecretshop, and shopmetrics), I'm sure all of those have a license fee, and when you bring on a new hire, you would have to train on all three platforms. To do reporting (at a business level), you'd have to pull data from 3 systems.
