So, I'm seeing the same gas station shops posted on both HS and KSS. Exact same ones. I took one for HS, and it is assigned to me, but is still showing up in KSS. Can I also grab that one and get two shops with one visit?
In my opinion, no. My reasoning is that KSS has been scheduling for HS Brands AKA Service Sleuth since approx 2006; before that, scheduling was by Evelyn. I think this is merely a situation of double listing for a single job.
KSS is a scheduler. They are scheduling for HS Brands. You'll find the shop listed on both. If you claim one of those shops you will only do the shop once. I don't deal with KSS, I schedule my shops directly with HS Brands when I do work for them.
KSS acts as a scout, finding shoppers for a few other companies. They may show something that was already filled directly because they haven't been informed yet.
