GH apt shops disappear and back with bonus

So a couple weeks ago all these Grace hill apt shops got posted. There were many (like 10)?that involved recorded call and non-recorded visit. I grabbed 3 at $50 (I love doing these, they’re easy for me, so I will do at base). All but 1 were gone after a week. Now 5 are back with a bonus. Why? Does it mean someone grabbed 5 of them and then flaked? It just doesn’t make sense to me that someone would flake on 5. Anyway hoping to grab 2 of them if they are still around toward the end of the month, when I’ll have time to get to them.

It's also possible that someone did them wrong, didn't answer the questions right, or something that caused their shops to be rejected.

Possible. But on that many? That’s a lot of mistakes lol. But then with the economy and lots of people jumping into this who just might not be cut out for it. Who knows.

What is the difference between these and the recorded visit shops? If it's recorded, is there less narrative? I've done EPMS, and since Grace Hill bought them out, I assume the reports are similar.

I do t know what they were like with EPMS. However there is really no difference between the form with recorded visit vs non recorded visit. You still have a narrative of 3-5 paragraphs of the entire visit.

Oh, I can think of a bunch of possibilities. Illness, car troubles, noob claimed several then did one and HATED it, got that job they'd been chasing and no longer have time, booted by the msc so their claimed but incomplete shops get posted again...

I got a nice cluster of time-specific gas stations once with large bonuses on all three. I don't expect that to happen again but I won't be mad if it does. I see quite a few instances where I think they are flake reposts. Various MSCs, various tasks, all very local for me. I think there is someone in my area who habitually overcommits. Again, I am not mad about that, I'll happily take a short notice shop with a juicy bonus if I can squeeze it in!
