So a couple weeks ago all these Grace hill apt shops got posted. There were many (like 10)?that involved recorded call and non-recorded visit. I grabbed 3 at $50 (I love doing these, they’re easy for me, so I will do at base). All but 1 were gone after a week. Now 5 are back with a bonus. Why? Does it mean someone grabbed 5 of them and then flaked? It just doesn’t make sense to me that someone would flake on 5. Anyway hoping to grab 2 of them if they are still around toward the end of the month, when I’ll have time to get to them.
