BARE submission on ISS, problem with date

Hello my fellow mystery shoppers! I completed a shop for BARE through ISS on Thursday. The assigned date was Thursday, there is no doubt about that. I tried to submit my shop on Thursday night and it said something about how I completed the shop too early. I’m very confused because I completed the shop exactly on the day that I was supposed to and the time of day is not a problem either. I called and emailed and I don’t have a response yet. This is such a hassle because I would like to kind of not really have to think about it as it should be complete. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If the shop involves reporting followup, that would delay the submission date.

Are you selecting the correct year. I know I've made that mistake early in the New Year. ( Even as late as in February).

Oh, are you talking about the feedback on an accepted shop? If so, they will see, for example, 3:05 on your receipt and they think that is 3:05 AM because the receipt doesn't mention PM and doesn't say 15:05. I've seen the same complaint on mine but since it is accepted, I don't bother arguing or explaining. They aren't in the US and using a 24 hour clock is a much more common practice elsewhere.

I suggest asking about companies that offer shops in your country in a separate post. It will get overlooked here in the comments on this one. People cannot give such specific information but maybe someone has more general knowledge.
