Inspired Hospitality?

Anyone heard of them, or worked for them?
Advertising hotel shops in Facebook MS groups, $750 shopper fee for a 2 night evaluation?

I don't trust everything on Faciebutts. Do they have a website?
I found a website, but it doesn't seem to be mystery shopping as much as it seems to be a training program for hospitality workers.
Something about the wording in the Facebook posting is making me pause, I can't put my finger on it, but it seems "off" to me. Perhaps I am just conditioned to be paranoid, in this day and age.......

Seeking process-oriented individuals who love to work in the details. Highly observant, task-focused doers who enjoy documenting their findings. We provide the training, the tools, and the process to follow and you provide your methodical and meticulous way of getting things done. Together, we create high quality, actionable, and reliable intelligence for our clients to use to elevate their guest experiences.
You will be working in a hotel environment spending two nights there to observe the cleanliness and condition of the physical space, to ensure the guest room is appointed with the correct items, and to audit the quality of your staff interactions (checking in/out, dining experiences, etc.). All of this is being done "undercover" and your anonymity is critical.
Pay is highly competitive in the industry and the on-property experience is 100% refunded.
If this sounds like something you'd like to do, please use the link below to complete an assessment for the 2026 Guest Experience Analyst. Interview requests will be sent to qualified individuals via email.

Yes, that's it, that's why it sounded so "off"!
That would make me really nervous, along with the above average fee...
Most schedulers throw in 'buzz' words... 'easy' 'fast' 'high reimbursement' 'luxurious'

Plus, the interview request part. When did any of us have an interview to do a mystery shop?
I’ve had to interview before for some programs. Including once for Bare as well as one for one of my all time favorite programs (dedicated to one hotel brand - and requiring a commitment for a certain number of hotel shops per year) back in 2005. It’s not weird at all. If you are only going to work with a few contractors, and those contractors are high touch with your important clients - I would interview too.

The fee isn’t out of range at all, especially considering there’s no travel paid (typically these types of programs pay all travel).
If I were a gambling person I would bet you were contacted for these programs, and did not respond to a FB ad.
Yes, I realize there are programs that pay well and might require an interview. But most likely they are not going to just be randomly posted.

Just my opinion.

Danny Hadas I think is a contact for this company.
True for the Bare program yes. But for the other program - there was an ad posted on Volition back in the day and I responded to it - not unlike this situation. Danny Hadas is the contact for the company and you can do a search for him on LinkedIn and read about the opportunity.
