You will be working in a hotel environment spending two nights there to observe the cleanliness and condition of the physical space, to ensure the guest room is appointed with the correct items, and to audit the quality of your staff interactions (checking in/out, dining experiences, etc.). All of this is being done "undercover" and your anonymity is critical.
Pay is highly competitive in the industry and the on-property experience is 100% refunded.
