Can't log into Market Force

I got an email about a new shop available but I can't log in. Anyone else having this issue?

Just logged in without issue on my phone.
I had an issue earlier today, but I can login now.
I have to login in on incognito mode. It never works on a regular browser.
I need to use incognito mode in Chrome on a computer. In Firefox it works fine.
Anyone having issues with the Market Force website tonight? It won't let me log in, even with the usual incognito window trick. It says it's processing, and then a few seconds later it will fail. The app isn't letting me in either.

Same here. Good to know it's not just me. I guess they have a server issue again.
What do they do with a shop that was supposed to be performed on Friday when you cannot enter results? I emailed the helpdesk, but I don't want it to be like IPSOS where things get dropped the next morning automatically.

Failing at midnight. Not going to stay up all night hoping it will eventually work.

thank you, i am in the same boat and it was a bonuses shop. I learned the hard way I guess that I need to do the shop and report immediately if I lose the report. But this response calmed my nerves
Same here this morning! Im glad its not just me!
So does anyone know what happens if a whole bunch of us are unable to file our reports due to an error on their side? Surely they won't remove every single job from us!
Yeah I still can't log in. Has anyone heard more?

I finally heard back from someone at MarketForce. They're aware of the problem, but did not have a specific time when it would be resolved. She reassured me that I would not lose my Friday shop, and she told me to go ahead and do my Saturday shop.
It's kind of hard to do a shop though without being able to review the guidelines..
Tried to login just now through both mobile and desktop.. no luck
Same: glad I came here before resetting my password. Unfortunately I’m not sure if I’m supposed to do a lunch eval today because of the lack of access.
Also glad this site exists to check - I would’ve been pretty freaked out.
From the posts it looks like this has been a long outage!
You can go back through your emails, if you keep them. They always send out reminder emails a day or two beforehand.

(Sorry for posting this twice, but it's intended for this specific comment.)

A helpful tip would be for people to leave the time they are experiencing these things. I know they use the international time in the date/time stamp in the top right corner of each message, but it would be easier for each poster to say 6am EST or 9am EST when posting their issue on an outage.

I emailed helpdesk and have not received a response yet.

10:12am MST and cannot login still

I first noticed this issue just after midnight EST. I sent an email to the Help Desk at 12:59 am EST, and I just received a response at 12:10 pm EST acknowledging the problem and stating that they are "working diligently to resolve it." I looked all over the Internet and found a phone number, called around 8 am EST and was on hold for a while, then left my number to be called back, and they called me back at 9:39 am.
Same. Probably system update. Don't worry. They didn't drop us from getting free burger.
Thanks to all of the shoppers who contribute to this site. Good to know that the problem logging into Market Force isn't my equipment.
@hksh1

Proper system updates do not take this long. Also, if there is a problem with the "system update" they would back out the change and re-deploy later on. Any good IT department has disaster recovery plans in place.
Cloudflare experienced a massive global network outage on Friday, February 20, 2026, that disrupted dozens of major websites and apps. The incident, which began around 1:45 p.m. ET (6:30 p.m. GMT), was attributed to a network-level issue involving the withdrawal of IP prefix advertisements.
All - Thank you for raising the issue here. We are aware of the issue and are working to restore the platform. Please try again in a little while and when I have an update, I'll come back and post here.
I just read a message on the sign-in page that said service might not be restored before Sunday.

who has the most shops to enter? Can you imagine someone on a route that has multiple each day and has to wait until Sunday to enter them all. MFI needs to be very patient with us and not expect immediate entry when they decide to get their system back up and running. I'm not sitting here waiting for them. I have other things to do. Sassie sites still work :-P
On the marketforce sign in page:

"Service Interruption
We are currently experiencing a system outage. The shopper portal and mobile application are not available. Our teams are working diligently to get the systems back online as quickly as possible. We have identified the root cause of the problem and are working towards resolution. Please check back often, but current projections indicate it may be Sunday before the issue is resolved."
@Morledzep

Are we to assume this message will be taken down when the website is available? It would be the smart thing to do. I see this message at 3:15 MST on 2/21.

However, I could see them not removing the message and expecting you to try and login even with the "old" message still there. Some people do not think things all the way thru.

The message should include, "when this site is back up and running, this message will be removed."
