Intouch seams "out of touch"

Anyone else having IT issues with in touch , I am being told they are going into an AI platform and some people are not responsive that once were... None of the editors are the same that were there. Several issues with surveys on there end, and gaslighting responses claiming that it's me. Then odd messages after saying "the issues should be fixed" please resubmit the survey. for free.. never mind having to go back in and re-do work that was already completed days ago. If this is what they are becoming it's not good.

I do pretty basic shops for them and just submitted a report on Sassie with no issue. They do have a few platforms so maybe it depends on which one it is.
I used to love working for them under two different companies that they absorbed. With all of these changes, I pretty much stopped. The schedulers don't answer, and I didn't get proper help when I needed issues with a glitch in the shop date.

I will occasionally do a shop if it just happens to be right in front of me and paying quite a bit. But I noticed that a lot of their shops don't get done, and they ended up paying more by the end of the month than what I was trying to get them assigned for when I got crickets from the schedulers. I would have done them for less than what they were offering. And then they didn't get done at all. I'm not really sure what kind of business model they have, but it doesn't seem to be working very well right now.
I don't seem to be having any trouble with any of their platforms. But I also don't do storage shops, so I haven't been on their shopmetrics platform in a little bit.
The issue was first with photos on the iss app, not able to view or see photos once uploaded. Then they rushed a survey out but did not include N/A options that you had to choose a yes or no option that was not correct information. This was reported on the first shop and they failed to fix it until a week after. Unusual for them to be this sloppy.
